More Than Lash understands that sometimes schedules change and therefore requests at least 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment.

Please note that cancellation less than 24 hours will be charged 50% of appointment service. If we do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “No-Show” and your card will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% the service scheduled. No exceptions.

Please understand that we reserve time and slot specifically for you.

If you are late please give us a notice. We will still accept you (only with a notice) but will may not have enough time for full service.

However, price will remain the same amount.
